Definitely no buyers remorse after getting them installed. Went with Falken Wildpeaks. Really transforms the look of the truck. That TRD skid sure would have looked nice with this set up...dang it.

I love the look of those! Feeling remorse I didn't order those during the sale...

    Thank you! Completely agree!

Thank you! I thought long and hard about the gray's, but I just really like bronze on black.

Last fall I ordered the -35160 from a dealer and was given the -35190 stock. I asked and they said they couldn't get the old stock plate. There might be some dealers that have them in their own stockroom, but anything ordered from a Toyota warehouse will have the letters.

I have the Tuffskinz inserts in Turbo Silver waiting to go on. I just need some more good weather to drop my plate.

To go back on the regrets thing...I thought about getting the TRD Intake as it's a pretty noisemaker, but having just spent over $1,000 on truck parts I couldn't justify last week, it owuld be impossible to justify anything else.

That being said, I thought long and hard about buying a few sets of the 17" Pro wheels to flip locally once the sale was over. Maybe that makes me a bad person, but it would have financed more than one additional project.

Only regret is that I didn’t try and get pro suspension, and a Bed mat.

Mine was also torn open and the two smallest screws MIA. Dealer said "no problem, we'll send you the hardware kit ASAP." That's what I like to hear.

I don’t think the Pro Suspension was part of the sale.

I wouldn't say I had buyers remorse but the dealership definitely had seller's angst. Long story short, the quoted shipping price was way off what it would cost them to ship it to me. They told me to get F#$ked that it wasn't their problem it was mine. They technically still offered the wheels to me at sale price but the shipping was over $100 difference than quoted. I was told it was Toyota's sale not theirs (last time I check they all worked for Toyota) but they were just an unwilling participant in Toyota's bid to drive up internet sales. I cancelled my order with them because I felt cheated and all of this correspondence about my over $100 price increase happened after the sale ended.

The guy or gal or team that designed these wheels for Toyota was having a really good day. I still don’t think they’ve been topped by either Toyota, or aftermarket. They didn’t ruin the design with any fake bead lock ring or anything else to distract from the purity of the design.

Love them......especially in the grey version, as it shows off the form. Perfect.

Really is odd for an OEM wheel to be the best choice, but couldn't have said it better. Although I think a more aggressive tire would do it more justice.

I agree they look boss with an aggressive tire, but I also respect fellas who know what they are going to use the truck for and fit street tires, if that fits the purpose. No shame in that.

I’ve been on these wheels for almost two years and still think goddam. I haven’t found a design I like better. It’s really nice that they add that perfect 1” more poke without spacers, and use the OEM lug nuts.

    I have C-Rated 6-ply LT265/70/17 K02. The classic “one-size-up / no rubbing or trimming” solution.

For my uses this tire size is perfect (31”). The tires look plenty beefy until you park next to a guy on 33s. However, for my uses the advantages of this tire size far outweigh the negatives of going up a another size with everything that goes along with that.

Ended up with CAI, oil and radiator cap -- kind of wish I looked at some of those 16" bead lock wheels...

If anyone arrives at the conclusion that their eagerly purchased skid plate now gives you buyer's remorse, I can potentially help with that...:anonymous:
