    It makes sense regardless. As the boost pressure against the fuel coming out of the injectors, needs to be compensated for. Thus a 1:1, to balance the equation.

    I 100% agree to this, however it’s going to throw off the fueling calculation as the TRD cal was developed around not having a 1:1 regulator setup.

    I’d still recommend doing the Mod, but it should be noted that traditional reasons for doing it are no longer present as one has the ability to fuel the motor to their desire without manipulating external systems.

    That was the point I was trying to make. Not whether it was a good idea or not. Just so we’re all on the same page.

    So got a question in this. I have the UCON with a unmolested ecu. NO TRD tune. Will this work with the UCON cam gears if left installed?

    on the same page. trd cal is also only for 3.0 pulley lol seems like just yesterday tuning was if u were rich- add smaller pulley. if lean- add fpr mod. it was a simpler time. lol
