Cross shaft lock pin/bolt may have been considered an extra piece after the install.
Otherwise, looks to be a few pieces out of place.

Subbed for the carnage pics.

Is this true? Throw Titan parts on a frontier and it gives you long travel?

Stock parts or do you need to buy long travel stuff for the Titan, that then can swap over?

Never really been interested in anything Nissan, but seems cool. Toyota should do that with tundra/taco since cutting costs seems to be priority one. And then cheap long travel!

They do for first gens. LT first gens use the same axle as first gen tundras. But that's about it, still helps if you break a CV as you can go to Vatozone and snag a new one worst case

Titan swap, VERY common Nissan thing.

    http://nissteclifts.com/05-Fronter-Titan-Swap-Kit_p_513.html

The 05+ frames are supposedly the same Frontier to Titan so there are 5.6 V8 to frontier swap kits that's mostly wiring as the V8 bolts into the frame.

My friend had a Titan swap on his Frontier. Seemed to work well paired with Alcans in the rear. He went through some issues with the ultra budget Titan swap but ended up solving those with help from Nisstec and I believe those changes made it into Nisstec's kit.

There's news that the next gen Tacoma will share the same platform as the upcoming Tundra so maybe we won't be far away from that.

1st gen Tacoma LT can use Tundra axles? I know LT kits for 2nd gen 4Runners and Pickups typically use T100 axles... Wasn't aware of the 1st gen Tacoma's though.

Picked up my new knob and wheels today....still trying to decide what to wrap the wheels with. Derek said the gray were quick to come in, they have a ton of orders for black wheels that are going taking a while to come in.

Yup! They are the same length, it helps a ton on the cost because the axle shafts themselves are like $200+ IIRC for 2nd gens. I didn't think they were T100 axles, I thought they needed to be swapped out
