If I recall correctly, 30 minutes on, 30 minetes off, 3x. then 50 miles on, 30 minutes off, to 500 miles.

Last one I did, I was doing laps around 485 on a Saturday, so I could swap gear oil, and hit URE on Sunday

 

But that old school flat screen tv and VCR tho...

 

Still confused why they don't offer REM polished gear sets, makes no sense...would really help the guys who come from far away to get gears done.

Doubt I will do Gulches so soon again. Will probably just do a trail ride. Been meaning to check out some places around North Georgia. @JayDub wanted to check out Wildcat Loop at one point.
