What did you drive before your Taco?

First was a 05 Ford Ranger. 2 wheel drive, it's how I learned to drive in the winter (mostly sideways). Kind of miss it but it went down to 5 cylinders and needed a new engine.
Second was a 02 Ram 1500 2 wheel drive. Pile of junk I should have never bought. The 5.9 v8 was a blast but burned more oil than gas.

Best car I ever owned haha 03 ford Taurus. Most basic car ever, four wheels and an engine. Realized one day it was getting 22mpg, used that info to justify a new truck.
I'm sure this is the least interesting line of cars ever but after driving 2 wheel drive trucks in Wisconsin I went over kill and got the the TRD OF. After being stuck many times I vow to never be stuck in my own drive way ever again. Here's my new (to me) taco.

 

Oh man same here. Been wanting a cbr 600 but man people worry me

Same, I was thinking maybe a track bike but ill probably stick to offroad things

I get bored with cars fast lol. Ive bought at least one car every two years for the last 19 years.

 

Damn son! I cant relate. I just buy tons of parts for my rigs

 

$1200 monthly was my only issue. I paid the maintenance package up front (forgot how much that was) so I wasn't paying anything every time I took it in for an oil change or any type of maintenance.

 

This is how the drag car sits at the moment. Taking it apart and collecting pieces right now. Engine should be going to the machine shop in the next couple of weeks.

 

The luxury/european car market is full of sticker shock. My wife has a 2015 Jaguar XF Sport with the supercharged 3.0. I about fainted when I was told the oil change would be $240 and brakes all around would be almost $3k.

 

GTI was the trade on the Taco....... Great little car! Deceivingly quick, handles great, best seats I ever sat in...it will be missed

Favorite car was the '99 Vette....wish I still had it...heavily modded

 

Yeah crazy. All in all the brand was really the only thing I was for. My 4banger did 90% of what that car did mainly take me from point A to point B. Don't get me wrong it was one heck of a car to drive though.

 

Ya 1200 a month is pretty expensive. Lol
