That's not the only tire shop near me, that's why I'm so pissed

 

Scraping off stick ons with the closest sharp edge is not uncommon. They are on the inside of the rim and not seen while mounted. I am not discrediting your anger but that is not really uncommon. I didn’t say acceptable just not uncommon. Someone already said it though pull them off yourself to ensure no issue. However, make sure you get all the foam tape off since they will scrape and wipe the area to be weighted again if the roulette wheel lines up.

 

Discount tire and a small tire shop that screwed up another set of wheels near me(not weights) had no scratches from removing them.

And a couple weights was at the front near the spokes so you actually can see the gouges after they are mounted

 

I wonder what kind of quality traction mats you can get for $23...

you're not alone.
All my friends had dirt bikes, go carts, 3 wheelers and such, growing up. I was always the one left standing on the side watching them have fun, because they wouldn't let my ride. Come to think of it, my childhood friends sound like ass holes.

 

I wish. On the pedal kick (no pun intended) currently.

Sold the wife’s bike. Now for mine before I rebuy. Hell im even considering selling truck parts to fund the next whip

 

Add me to that club. Though I did have a go cart....I never had the opportunity for the dirtbike.

 

Wish I could but my 7 week old daughter is taking all my free time! LOL!

 

I'm right there with ya....sometimes I think about going to find the cheapest bike on CL taking it to a parking lot and teaching myself how to ride and change gears. Then the feeling fades not to return for another couple years and the cycle continues.

I may end up pulling and selling my full set of steel CBI overland skids.

 

Anyone need to pick anything up from SOS? Headed up there around 1 to swap out my bumper.

 

You getting a high clearance this time or just fixing your swingout?

 

Eddy built me a new bumper, standard clearance. So we are just swapping them.

Can a quad fit the trails you ride? Rebuilt my 400ex motor and just need to install tires (been neglected for years) and a couple odds/ends before I can go tear it up.

 

A quad can run several of the wider trails. In the single track, not so much.
Either way I would love for you to come out and ride! We can roost some dirt!

I am game to go to DurhamTown or Highland Park. You will have more fun at DTown with a quad for sure.

 

With all this rain, it might not be as fun. I know when I went a couple years ago I was pulling people out more than I was riding
