Yea, but its not my DD, When I'm at the gym, I'm usually in my commuter, a Mazda 3 Hatchback. If you see me inside, feel free to say hi! I'm the Armenian guy with a beard :p (Red hair though, I'm pretty easy to pick out, I think)

^ It's a clean 1st gen with low miles & some real nice goodies on it. The volks/tire combo & super charger alone is worth a pretty penny in itself. I think its not outrageous to the point he it tweaking, perhaps just on the sauce instead. It's over priced indeed and around the 18-19k is more ideal.

yeah I think $18k would be my "high price" starting point if that were my truck, but $22k is crazy. Should have under 100k miles for that price, the only mods that *might* add value to a Tacoma would be a supercharger setup but on the flip side, Tacomas (1st gens especially) have all kinds of issues with boost if they aren't set up just right. Would suck hard to pay $22k for a truck that's been running lean for years and might be at ticking time bomb.

I say this as someone who did spend about that much on a boosted 1st gen a few years ago that had lean issues and cost me a bunch more money to get it running right.

Damn, the sticker price on my 2nd gen (2012, granted, 98k miles) was $23k... Hopefully he's thinking someone will "low ball" him down to the actually reasonable price.

But that is an awesome truck.

Southbound 405 this morning about 7:30. I was alongside you from the 605 until about Westminster. Cement gray 3rd gen DCSB TRDOR, roof rack, remote resi Kangs all around, leveled, dark wheels (probably the black TRD wheels everyone has a hard on for lately) wrapped in 33-34" rubbers. No armor or lights.

And then this mall crawler in its natural environment: South Coast Plaza around noon

22k is meth prices. The truck is 16 years old. I just got about the same amount for my 2nd gen after it was totalled and paid less than that for a 5.7 tundra with less than half the miles. Meth.

Aftermarket parts never add value. 15k is a decent price for that

Spotted on Atlantic just south of the I-60. Thought his step bars were pretty interesting.
