Man the Subaru offroad group I'm in on Facebook is so bad with that. Second most annoying question is "what's the best all terrain tire for me?"

Not planning on doing UCA's, maybe down the road if this setup gives me issuers but not something i want to pay 500ish for now. I added a pair of lower strut bolts to my cart so I don't have to mess with the old ones. going to go with 5100s 883s and a 1.5 AAL. Going to hit it with a first coat of liquid wrench today.

As for brake lines, I will be fine with stock length in the front, but this is a few pictures of a guys lines who has the same 1.5"AAL and 5125s instead of 5100s (5125s are .4" longer at full droop than 5100s) in the rear

    brake 1.jpg brake 2.jpg

And a new brake line on the same truckbrake 3.jpg

I think i would probably be fine with stock rear line but a replacement line is 35$ so i might as well not play with that fire that could be no brakes. Is it something yall could help with at mod day or will i need to go to a shop to do it?

Shouldn’t be an issue, just bring brake fluid and new clips that should come with your new lines.

I'm in the minority when I advise people this so take it as you will. I bought 3" extended stainless steel brake lines for the rear. It's my thought that if your extending the overall droop of the rear axle that you should get longer lines to go with. Now whenever I make this statement I always get 20 - 30 people that say I'm wrong and don't know what I'm talking about so again take it as you will and I'm not telling you what to do. If you do get new lines they should come with everything you need. You'll just need some more brake fluid to bleed the lines after the new ones are installed.

Same here, I used to tig in a production fab shop, I used a set heat setting though! Not a pedal, once you got it how you wanted, you`d just hammer out parts so a pedal made NO sense in that shop setting. Went from not knowing how to Mig, to laying down triple pass welds on double 1 inch plate. You wanna know what HOT is? Try a 3 feet long weld, 3 times, then 3 one foot welds, the 9 3x then 1foot 3x, then chug a bottle of water, cause you spent 20 minutes welding it all, none stop haha. Made for a FAST day though. Few weeks ago I sold my Snap on fab shop style welder, wasn't home enough to make use of it anymore, about cried the day I sold that machine, my god could it lay a gorgeous weld on 1/2 inch in one pass.

I bought mine from a guy here on TW that was taking orders and custom making them. He no longer provides that service. But there are plenty of places that do that service. I think Wheelers is pretty popular

Nice and professional to me, couldn’t have been any happier with his work either.
