    Ive considered it! I had this exact truck in way worse condition, when I lived in Kona. sold it for close to $9k in less than 2 days before heading back to the Mainland. Shipping was $1500 from east coast to West Coast, and then another $1200 from cali to BI. So that's the deal killer.

    Unfortunately, Carfax reports do not go back past 1981. So I can only tell you what I was told when I bought it: that the ODO shows original miles.

    FWIW- I found a service receipt from the early 90’s in the glove box for 4 new bias ply tireslol. I’ll have to look at that and see if the mileage was noted.

    I’ve had it at hwy speeds a few times with no issues.

    I’m sure the Heat/AC could be re-configured pretty easily. Would be a fun project
