    Got home from work fired up the kettle. threw on beef tenderloin and some trimmings done in a coffee rub. also toasted 2 buns had a carb craving. Very last minute. Sometime that turns out the best

    Aye, that it does. If you think it's good on pork tenderloin, you should try it on salmon. It's like that's what it was actually made for and being good on pork is just a bonus.

    Spatchcocked whole chicken is one of my favorite things to make when we have company over for supper. Plenty of food for two small families with lots of variety and it takes the smoke very well. I'm very jealous of your unicorn rub!
