I let my dad drive my truck and now it’s making this awful sound.

If it was the UCA/bushing squeaking, I'd expecting to hear it more on the up/down articulation. This sounds more like squeeking on the side-to-side action... (assuming it's not the tires on the floor :) )

My bed sounds like that after I take home one of them heavy "Last Call Girls" from the bar.

Lubricant is a band aid. Fix it right the first time.

Bushings and bearings need lubricating from time to time. I don't see how that's a band aid. It's standard maintenance for uniball UCAs.

Lol you guys are funny. Thanks for the info.

So I took it For a drive and the sound is so bad and loud. I sprayed wd40 on the uniball then tried dry Teflon lube. The sound is still loud, it didn’t even reduce it a bit.

Think I should try lubing the bushings with this stuff?

    Thanks

For urethane bushings, you want a PTFE-based grease, like Super Lube.

Found some oil stains on the ground and the power steering fluid is kinda low.

Think this is the issue? Thanks

    Could be...
LCA cam bolts can make a similar noise if corroded or loose. Have you recently had an alignment?

Haven’t had an alignment since the icon kit was installed. That was like 15000 miles ago.

Try hosing with garden hose all you undercarriage. If the noise is gone then a simple fluid film (hitting 2birds with one stone) will do. No noise and no rust.
