That's a description of my nephew's dad anyway, guy is a total wreck and hardly around but thankfully my sister has full custody. Feel bad for the kid though now that he's getting older especially.

My sister has a master's in psychology and a license for marriage counseling oddly enough haha.

 

All pro does look better. Still like my older one better. Has points for d rings and the center is free for the license plate also the wrap around are even with the top plate

 

Pretty much. If you are lucky you won't need a pump for. But most well setups do have a water softener but I think that's most people in general.
