Yes I am bothering Peter and Taylor to see if they can put a 2" receiver in place of the winch on the ARB for me.

I can't see why you wouldn't be able to . But I think a winch would be way more useful.

I still need to put the lights back on and put winch in . But waiting for fairlead spacer plate. And need to drill the lights to match the bumper.

Wow that's a huge increase in front overhang. Line up hub-to-hub next to a stock 2nd gen, your truck would be easily half a foot longer.

Does the ARB require you to relocate the PS cooler back a couple of inches?

Looks really nice. Did you drop a lot because of the extra weight?
    Did you do it yourself?

Could be. But I'm 3rd Gen so dunno.

Everyone says it sticks out so much but when you consider the lower pedestrian crash bar vs grill the ARB is only about 2" further than the furthest point factory and much higher.

And no nothing had to get relocated

700lbs springs went in. So no difference
I had CT Motorsport do it while doing the control arms and all the gusseting.

I agree, winch is needed. I will have one eventually.

It will be in a cradle that seats in a 2" receiver.

I cant invest in a nice winch, with synthetic line, then let it rot on the front of my truck in the winter. When it will get used maybe once if even that much in the winter. I want it to sit in my basement in a case, that I take with me when I want it. The idea of front or rear winch just sits really nice with me.:cookiemonster:

That’s my plans for the 4Runner too eventually.
Have you determined what style “Quick Connects” for the electrical hookups at each end?

It was a DuraTrac Thursday for me, one step closer to road legal.
Gotta bleed the brakes, plumb the fuel system from the new tank to the firewall, and put the interior back in.
