From reading the posts on this forum, I have installed a Fox 2.0 suspension on my Tacoma with a one inch block in the rear. This gave it about 2" of suspension lift. My only issue is at highway speeds, it likes to wander a bit. I have had it aligned in an offload shop (not the 4 Wheel box store) and I can only get about 1.5 deg of caster before camber takes a hit. Tomorrow I am installing Icon UCA's and would like some realistic alignment numbers to shoot for. I am hoping to be able to get a least 3 deg of caster after the install and they will set the rest to my liking. Please post some numbers so I can get this dialed in in the morning. Thanks. Specs as follows:
    • 2017 TRD Sport 4X2
    • Fox 2.0 coil overs and rear shocks
    • 285/70/R17 Ridge Grapplers
    • Method NV 305's
    • 1" spacer in the rear
    Thanks!

Between 3-4 degrees caster a hair higher on the passenger side is correct even though most I have looked at on this forum have the caster backwards by being lower on passenger side. Camber and toe to OE specs. All are easily obtained with Light Racing uppers I can't say for sure about any other brand.

I installed icon UCA's and aligned to roughly those specs. The truck now steers like a dump truck and has no return to center. You turn it to the left or right and it just stays and keeps turning. I know they're installed correctly and yes on the proper side. Also, it rubs like crazy now on the cab mount were it didn't before. I'm now looking at going back to the stock UCAs and aligning it back where it was. Thoughts?

those caster specs should return to center better than with OE caster specs. Something else is not right

Do you have an alignment sheet?
    What wheel width and offset?
    Why only rear spacers?

i am driving the highway dream and have been for a long time. but i run SPC UCAs and I'm not sure where the comfort zone is for your Icons, and that zone will likely be a bit different. but this is what i recommend for the highway:
    caster 4-5deg (i run 5)
    toe-in 0.05deg (i run 0.02)
    camber 0.0

with the caster this is a highway focused setup. i run E range stock size tires, 265/65-17 Coopers.

The caster was originally at 3 but drove much worse.
    Wheel offset is 0
The spacers...i should have said 1"blocks in the rear.

Outside a slight bit of wandering, it drove much better with the stock UCA and the Caster set at 1.5. Much better return to center. Now anywhere you turn the wheel it will stay while you're moving. No return. I plan to go back to the previous setup but any advice would be appreciated first.
