Not welded them on yet just a couple of bolts, I dont know if I like them or not. What do you all think, please be honest. Pic uploader is not working, you'll have to check my sig.

I think they look pretty sharp, atleast in the pictures. I am not a big fan of runningboards and or sliders, I just don't usually like anything hanging below the cab, but if I were going to put any thing like that on my rig I'd go with those. You made a solid choice, I'd go ahead and weld them up.

The truck looks mean!!! And good! I would leave them on. If you get off road a little or a lot I would only bolt them on and make sure they are on and not weld them. If it's for looks only maybe weld them on, but in my opinion you shouldn't have to? Looks great!

They look great, but aren't on the wrong side. I thought that the wide part went to the front??

Up until now i was in the same boat as Maverick, i've never liked running boards or anything under the cab, but i think those made me change my mind. I dont know how do describe them.... "lean" maybe? i dunno, they dont look bulky, i like em alot. How much did you pay for them?

BTW, your truck looks really damn good. I love the all black look and the lift, the wheels, tires and sliders make your truck look pissed off. (which is a good look for a truck) :)

I would think welded on would be better for off-roading. It becomes part of the frame (unless you get a crappy welder).
    Looks only = bolt on.
    Off-road = weld on.

BTW, I think they look great. This is the brand I was looking at for mine.

Well hell, as long as we are welding doors shut... We should paint your truck orange, and slap an 01 on the sides and a rebel flag on the roof. :p

I like the way you think Maverick, i knew there was a good reason we let you join the Alliance :)

I never would have expected a comment like that from a Jersey boy ;)
