Totally understand.

Good places to get away and relax are hard to find. Looks like a quiet spot.

 

It has been. I ran into a couple of Jeeps while we were going into the valley, and some trucks came through at about 10pm , but otherwise it is usually quiet. I like that there is hardly any trash in there.

I tell ya, if I could I'd woop every fool out there who throws a beer can or bottle out their window. There's nothing worse than arriving in the wilderness to find a pile of beer cans.

 

It's not hard to pack out your trash. People have gotten lazy and self absorbed.

We had to take cover this morning at around 1:55am. In the shelter till 3. Tornado went tk the west of us tho.

Was still pretty far away but i had no clue were it was when the siren went off and woke us up. So we ran like hell

 

It’s good that you did though. Often times the death tolls are as high as they are because people ignore the warnings

 

I wont be doing any of that lol. Siren goes off my objective is to get my family to saftey as quick and safely as possible

I was at my aunts in coaling Cottondale area and it’s probably a mile through the woods to the Mercedes plant. Needless to say they woke me up at 2:30. Well my phone went off first then they came in the garage. There’s a storm shelter under the garage.

 

We're good down here. Just rain and thunder. Last month was enough keep those damn things in the sky!
