    Nice! Some kettle love.

Just put some spares on for a 3-2-1 over applewood with a kitchen sink rub. Stu is dismayed he has to wait 6 hrs to taste this.

A little something every chance we get.
Hate when Zach @Misplaced Nebraskan pops up here, makes me want to more that I have - got approval for some ribs tonight, have some corn, beans and South Side beef sausage to join. HEB didn't have baby back, so I have to get St. Louis, which the wife doesn't like as much, but it'll be good. Takes about 1:20 - 1:30 on my old Weber. (I'd have bought that blue one!~)
Rubbed down about 2:00 and into the frig.
    20190414_143826.jpg
Got the coal going, soaked Hickory and extra charcoal standing by.
    20190414_165012.jpg
Ready to go, spread the chips out
    20190414_170134.jpg
Brush 'em down on the coal
    20190414_170220.jpg
Smokin'. Check and add chips on the 15's, probably don't need more charcoal.

I can't follow everyone on here! Sure is some good stuff. I need to get me a small side fed wood burner. But I have limited space. But THEN I'd have everything!

Found this today. Trying to decide whether to try and smoke it all or cut it in half. I’ve never tried anything over 5# or so.

But at $0.88/lb I couldn’t pass it up. If I had freezer space I’d have bought two!

...and this was the smallest one.
