We had guest over from Chicago, sliced some onions ons and pickles to go on the sandwich which they never did, but not all of them liked it that way.1D00400F-457D-486D-AB7A-1333183D8B14.jpg Also had some jalapeño poppers on the grill. Other sides were beans and Mac and cheese the wife made.

I didn’t have any big cooks this weekend but I threw some poppers on the Masterbuilt this evening. I love these but the prep is quite tedious!

mats, flaps, and stickers. Extang solid fold 2.0. Mobtown sliders and full skids. AVS vents
Cook it all and freeze leftovers. They are easy to reheat later, and store well.

Sadly smoker didn’t get touched this weekend. We ate out all weekend due to errands and being an hour from the house. Smoking some wings tomorrow though. :)

A little something every chance we get.
DANG - thanks for all the likes - the disappointment is that we remember now why we don't buy St. Louis cut. Great if someone else does the work. Too hard for the wife to handle. Oh well, I will strip the rest. Anyway, the cooking was good, I would have stopped at 1:20, but got waylaid. So

I only turn them meat down for about 10 minute or so to get some char on that side.
    20190414_180442.jpg
Two of the sides, I just do corn in a pot due to room, and it's easier. Sausage joins up on the grill

Everything else is ready - dig in!
    20190414_184211.jpg

I'll pull the meat off the left overs, and we will make some sandwiches. Next time, I will go to the store with baby back! End of story. Oh, except here is the work space I have at the moment; Room for the 22" Weber, and a gas grill, and a chair.....

True, but am not showing flower gardens to both sides! And someone isn't giving that up! Kind'a like hiding a big Taco mod~!

I'm inclined to move that section over to the West side by the back door, where there is only mediocre grass and the clothesline. Then we can either make that a "better gate" in the back, or more garden. We get other stuff done, and then I can sell it. She wondered why I needed gas and charcoal until the Holiday Turkeys came around! With a small good smoker, I could do a good brisket again. It's hard (but possible) on the Weber!

Already got my wife to agree that when we build our next house that I get a big shop with at least 2 lifts in it right off the bat.
