    I don't have a lap top either.. or anything else I need.. Like a supercharger, headers, exhaust, cai.. Kings suspension, avid guards, bed topper, prinsu rack, Wet okole seat covers, a girlfriend.....

    You don't need anything else.. Trust me. With a simple N/A tune I can completely change your opinion of the truck. It's not going to make 400whp naturally aspirated, but I'll bet you $50 you won't go back to stock if you try what sauce I've cooked up.

    im hoping my local tuner will get on board with this. hes got his own dyno. He street tuned my SC'd chevy for me. Knows his stuff, big in the local drag race scene.. Mostly GM stuff,

    yeah but.. I mean, I kinda do need a supercharger, and exhaust, and a lift and all the other stuff,,, Except maybe a girlfriend.. definitely don't need that

    Hes contacted HP about it, had another person ask about a Tacoma locally, but so far hasn't received any support info from HP, and said they don't seem to have good customer service with him for some reason, with letting tuners know of new support. I gave him the link to this thread, who knows if he checked it out.

    I can't speak from a shops perspective, but I've always got replies within 24 hours of my questions/requests. Not that they were resolved in that time, but the matters were acknowledged and the process started.

    Pretty much whatever you want. If the ECU does it, or controls it, it can be adjusted/tweaked (with proper definitions)

    Speed limiter, change rear axle gear ratio, adjust speedo for different tire size, change shift points and line pressures, sprint-booster style throttle re-mapping, engine tuning, etc etc
