Hey, sorry for the lag, I was away on a business trip, but I've mailed the prints to @Barnburner and he was able to do testing on his truck, I'll let him post a few pictures.
We will tweak a little bit the design, possibly putting slightly smaller hardware (3/8 is overkill) and then I will get real prototypes cut in metal.

    We're getting close!

here's a peek as the mounts are taking shape.

V1, with the beefy hardware in place.

    V2 with placeholder hardware:

This is awesome. I might need to give this a month as I was getting ready to purchase a Prinsu.

    Question:
With your two mounting feet prototypes, what is the lowest profile you can get? In other words how high will the cross bars sit off the top of a shell? 2”, 3” ?
    Thanks and beautiful work.

And if you want very low (read stanced low), you could attach a crossbar link above the crossbars to mount the feet... lowering by 1", but then your sideplates might be too low of you're not in backet mode.

What is the price estimate for these?

Will there be a package with the side plates?

Same question as above. The website was a little confusing. I would be looking for a kit as well.

Thank you for your response, 2” is in the range I am after.

The website is inaccurate for now (that's why we don't have payment processing or anything).

Yes there will be kits, as naked or full as you want.

Pricing is not fixed yet for the next batch, we want to be competitive, very competitive

Sending CAD files for quotes tomorrow, likely more than a month with the fab time and powder coat or anodizing

Cool, thanks for being up front. I’m down to wait as long as it doesn’t roll into summer, I’ve got some trips planned. Looking forward to seeing what you’ve got.

@ZRXDean, unfortunately this batch of longbed plates has already sold out - just shortbeds left!

Theses mounts are super cool. Really nice work here!
When they're ready I'm definitely in for a set. My homemade ones aren't very good.

I filled out the form to purchase a set of sb plates. Are there any left?

    Thanks. Great work!
