A little of this and a little of that.
If I'm ever able to finish getting things squared away, I'll be there Friday. I'll either be taking the day off or hauling the mail after work.

the roll cage is stronger that you think. :anonymous:

this is after the front passenger tire came off the rim. it caught and flipped. the first place the hit the ground was the passenger side top of the windshield and then went all the way back to its wheels.
it bent the cage but did its job and protected me.

Will a BFH work in just beating it back some vs. having to go and re-tub?
Such a sweet bumper can't wait to see it in person!

Yeah I knew he tubbed it once but if the new wheels are not contacting that badly was wondering if a BFH would be just enough to clearance without having to do it again.

Maybe but probably not. I really rather cut and weld. Beating means the potential for split sheet metal and seams coming apart. That's a bitch to fix. At least with cutting there are flat surfaces to work with after the fact. I don't think I'm gonna mes with the inner fender. It'll rub there some but only at FULL compression. Which is only likely to happen if I hat something at speed, which I normally don't do. Doesn't really seem worth it when I look at how much stuff is mounted there.

Good points! I hadn't thought about splitting seams and having to reseal/close those gaps.
