The only deadlift bar I've ever actually used is an Okie Deadlift bar - which I purchased on my own and hauled to the gym when I used it lol. It was quite superior to the other bars (granted they were all just shit). Looking to sell it to the new gym I am working out at now since I have zero use for it at my house.

If one if you guys would like to buy it I'd be ok with that. The only tough part is shipping. http://www.crain.ws/okie_bars_weights_equipment.html

With the combination of increased sodium and less bicep isolation exercises, yes. No problems! Good to go :)

Life has been crazy lol. Spent more tome in airports than at work the past week so eating healthy has been next to impossible and gym has been nonexistent.

After this weekend tho it’s back to game on.

186.2 lbs this morning. It's nice to be moving forward!

Goal is 190, then 200, but not too stuck on the number, it really depends on what I can keep up long-term, with healthy eating and lifting habits. Also looks.

Well. The wife finally got deployed. No more running around chasing airplanes and random visits. So I guess the bright side is it’s time to get back into fitness and the gym finally.

Lots of form and muscle memory for me when it comes to bench press. Ive gotten about 90% of the form but my bar-path breaks down slightly under heavier weight. It creeps towards my feet instead of towards the rack then I lose all power. I’m getting there though with reps to commit it to muscle memory.

With that being said, I did just tack on 20 lbs to my bench PR this morning.

Creeping toward the feet at the bottom of the bench is proper form. When it comes down it has a slight angled path towards your feet and when you press it back up it goes towards your face :) maybe I'm misunderstanding? lol
