All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
It can get squirrelly, but that’s how it rolls. I don’t ride quads, just MX, so slick mud is part of it.
I will say that the dirt compound at DTown has a lot of Clay and gets nasty, where as Highland Park has elevation changes and more sand, trails drain out. The main trail gets hit the worst, but the single track is mostly gold! Which is why I prefer HP over DurhamTown.

Glad to hear that, the one you had was completely limp. Hopefully the new one is as stout as the one on my SOS HC! :)

    Hey everyone,

Been scoping the site and waiting to introduce myself till I can get some cool picture of my truck but have been traveling like crazy and haven't had time. Picked up a 2019 DCSB OR in cavalry blue! Live up in the Woodstock area.

Thinking about heading down to the Atlanta takeover tomorrow, but kind of surprised by the lack of chatter about it. Maybe I am just not looking in the right place.

Hope to meet some of y'all soon!

    Jeff

I will take some pics later, was a long day. Left work at 1 and got home at 9. All I can say is it is done right..very solid. Every bit of feedback I gave him he made an adjustment, he also said no one gives him feedback so hard to make improvements. He is definitely committed to making the best product he can and I appreciate how willing he was to make it right. Customer for life

Awesome! I’ll try to get the parts squared away in the next couple of weeks.

I have a 4x4 utility quad with a winch...playing tow truck can be fun here and there. LOL

My 400ex doesn’t even have reverse so it’s strictly a toy. It prob isn’t capable of pulling out much more than a small kid and his dirt bike. Pretty much pinned and hoping for the best in/around mud. Regardless, if the ground isn’t loose and the quad isn’t sideways, you’re doing it wrong!

You mentioned 400ex so I figured that's what you was taking.

It can be fun, but when you're trying to ride with friends and people are steadily asking if you could pull them out it got old quick

Any of you ladies have some suggestions on an audio upgrade? (speakers/amps, not HU). Looking for a fuller sound out of my 13. Saw taco tunes, but read bad reviews about their support. Looked into oemaudioplus as well, but $$$$. Not an audiophile by any means but i spend alot of time in the truck whether its wheeling or commuting and I wanna richen it up a bit. Right now i'm thinking ill just piece together everything off crutchfield... thoughts?

When I did my ‘05, I just used Crutchfield. I wasn’t going for Fast and Furious type audio setups or anything. Their pricing was competitive, their shipping was quick, would recommend. Doing the head unit was a piece of cake in the ‘05.

    I did some stuff.
Pioneer, Memphis, and JL Audio are always safe bets. Me personally I've only ever ran Memphis or JL. Memphis for subs and amps JL for the door speakers and highs.
