Conflict with what? Nah, it'll be ok. You're grounds are all tied together... from the truck battery, to the frame, then you grounded the trailer frame from the second battery and ran a strap to the trailer harness. It's all the same ground.

You should be fine running everything through the trailer frame as a ground rail. That said, I REALLY don't like the practice of using the vehicle frame as a ground rail. I wire everything on a two wire system and connect the vehicle frame to the ground at one point. This is for two reasons: one is having the vehicle frame energized can be a safety risk and two is that it makes electrical de-bugging a giant pain in the ass.

For example: you connect something to the frame, and something else to the body. It works. However as things move and wear the connection between the body and frame changes resistance or gets corrosion on the bolts and the circuit opens. Now you're hunting for an electrical problem that's actually a mechanical issues. Far easier to just spend a little money on that second wire to connect everything properly and avoid these issues.

Every wire is a different color? Like purple with red line, black with red line, yellow with white line, green with blue line?

One thing I can say for certain is that no one honest wants to offer me an extended warranty for either of my vehicles.

Aside from a control arm bushing everything was good on it.
