Really well done! That is one of the best bumpers I have seen yet.
Hey, just a suggestion but maybe use perforated panels to finish up. I like the way they give extra texture to a bumper.

Thank you! Its inspired by the ADD Stealth bumper and will be making similar panels. This is the second suggestion for perforated panels though, my boss is 100% with you on this.

Extra $20 for the Total Acid Number and the Total Base Number.

I wave if I see mods, even the small ones.

I need one of these, the front Zerk's are kind of a pain! I do mine every 5k when I rotate my tires.

Got rid of the tiny OEM auxiliary transmission oil cooler and installed this Tru-Cool cooler and bypassed the radiator inline cooler. She runs cool now, but not too cool. Actually helps the oil get warmer during winter, which is good.

Ill opt for the TBN and TAN after the next 15k miles. I just went with the standard test, as this is the first time I have ever sent a sample to be tested.

I chose Blackstone labs because they are from Indiana and my step dad sent his samples there before he retired and closed his mobile diesel mechanic business. I chose not to stay in the business after I saw what it did to his body over 40 years. That and most of the heavy equipment rental company's (MaCallister, Red-Top) started hiring internal techs rather than subbing it out.

Finished my sleeping "pad". 1" foam insulation board, a piece of luan and a small 1x3" frame so I had something to staple the fleece to. Not at all fancy but it's light and flat which were my 2 main criteria. I also needed to make it narrow enough to leave room for the battery box as I use a cpap when I sleep. It will certainly be a change going from my queen bed to this guy. Now I just need a cheap air mattress and I'll be good to go.

It took three tries for that one, and I ultimately had to manipulate the lock n lube coupler after it was already “attached” to get everything to line up.

Which model cooler did you go with, Were you able to bolt it up using the stock holes (without additional brackets)?

I went with the 4589 cooler. I had to drill three new holes. I was only able to use two existing mounting holes. You can watch this video to see more.

Tyger Auto TG-GD6T60027 Front Bumper Guard in black. Took about two hours to install. No cutting just bolt on. Remove the front grill to get those hard-to-reach areas. I also added a stubby antenna.

Mobtown bolt on sliders installed. Fairly easy except for the rear driver side bolt next to the gas tank.

For me it was the ones you have the washer on the stick for the boxed section. The first one was tricky. The second was easy.

Also damn near lost my thumb on the one right next to the sharp AF cat heatshield.

Love my Mobtown sliders. Solid stuff. Best of all, it protects from door dings.

Yeah the boxed ones were kind of a pain. I POR15’d and bedlined my sliders so trying to get the bolt through the hole was a pain. Had to file it a little to open it back up.
