    There are very few dishes my wife talks about past maybe the day after I cook them (like seriously 4 or 5 things) and this is one of those... Instant top 5ers

    Yes I have a boneless rib video in 2 weeks that I glazed with stub mesquite that Wal-Mart had on clearance for like $1.70 a bottle haha... Its not quite as warm as regular but its still pretty darn good... This may be a repost but oh well

    Yeah I'm a more hotter more better kinda guy but these already had @bvbull200 spicy meat massage in them while they cooked for 6 hours and I was feeding a crowd... I dunno how double heat would have went over haha

    Looks good! I like having the heat cooked in to the meat - it lets it come on a little more progressively. A little spicy sauce/glaze to hit it up front isn't bad, either, though ;).

    I added a little salt to the rub and basically dry brined them in it over night... It was a fantastic flavor from start to finish
