Just a update I jacked the truck up and there is no droop whatsoever. The suspension is fully maxed out. Something is not right.

A little of this and a little of that.
Considered checking the internal PSI amount?

Do you have the adjusters or just resi?

    Preload looks fine to me.

What did you torque the uca bolt to. And the ball joint

Why don't you try cranking them down half an inch and see if that helps?

No adjuster just the resi. Torqued the uca to 85 like jba instructions stated and the ball joint says 45 but I’m guessing I may have tighter that more because I used a impact because it kept spinning.

I tried cranking them with a 5/16 punch and I can’t budge them even with a pipe on there. I’m Just rounding the holes out.

Backoff the ball joint. Retighten by hand. Pray you didn't stretch the stud. Probably might want to consider buying spares. No impact gun on any of this.

For the collar, back out the hex nut just a bit, Jack into the air, drown the thing in lube. All the way around.

Check that BJ first. It's been awhile but I believe there should have been a flat spot to back that with a wrench to keep it from spinning

Checked the ball joints and they were not super tight. Seem fine. I also jacked the truck up, backed the Allen out a few turns and put a ton of wd-40 on them. Still no go.

Your UCAs look so much more level than mine. ED86FE8B-6188-4C3F-B017-B5ECE59A87E3.jpg

Did you torque the UCA mounting bolt with the truck in the air? If you did and overtorqued it as much as you did the ball joint it might be seized in that dropped position and not allowing the suspension to flex at all.

Yes I did torque the uca in the air. Should I back it off and retorque on the ground?

Toss the jack under the lca and take the wheel off. That'll help keep the body weight on the arm and you can still get the wheel off to have good access
