Anyone ever had a problem with these switches not staying on. the switch always goes back to the off position instead of locking in the on position.

 

Sounds like they sent you a momentary switch. I would make sure you didn’t misorder and then ask for a replacement.

 

I had some that would catch the surface of the mounting plate.
Also had another style that wasn't exact fit and would move just enough to prevent complete connection.

If I had money laying around I would have a set of hiway tires and set of 33s and a set of 37s so I could switch them out for the occasion

KC makes a universal light mount that bolts to led light bar brackets. It looks almost like one of the prinsu cross bars and has slots and holes to mount KC-style incandescent lights to.

Bought some more Chet today for my taco didn't seem like much but it was spensive

 

Hey Josh I was thinking about modifying the front window on softtopper for the small rear window that opens I was thinking cutting the area where the rear window is and added Velcro to put it back on if needed any opinions

 

I was talking to the guy at softopper he said they were working on something now

 

I can't see why that would be a good idea other than accessing the bed area through the rear siding window. That's an area that clouds with dust and water runoff from the roof. It would be neat to do, but you'd need a good sewing machine with heavy duty needles and would have to do some serious double stitching. It would definitely be pretty custom.

My step dad has a camper on his Ford that has the opening front window the dog sticks his head in the cab all the time

 

That would be a reason, but I keep the dog in the cab with me
