    Answer me this.

    A coworker just told me his wife's car started making a loud noise today. She pulled over and called her dad. It's out of oil. He said the dealership last chgd it but it's been "awhile". It has not been leaking or smoking.
    My question is, how long can a vehicle go w/o oil? I would think not very long.
    Not that it matters but it is a 2014 Dodge Dart.

    Maybe it is eating the oil... my old work vehicle started doing that after a while. About a quart per 1000mi. Didnt smoke at all either... was odd.
