Thanks man. Yes. By the 3rd day, I didn't know what day it was, the time, the date, etc etc etc. It kicked my ass. Truthfully.

That is the worst part. We did a sell/buy on the same day. Luckily we filled the paperwork out beforehand because we found out that the couple buying our old place forgot the female spouse on the entire loan application so they had to fill everything out again at the closing! FAIL.

First time home buyers for ya.:facepalm:

I have never heard of that nor have I ever heard of it taking until the closing day for someone to notice. The lender realized that the male buyer could not afford the loan alone and that's when red flags went off; AT CLOSING. Un-fucking-believable.

Helps to be prepared and have the right people in your corner.

I like this place, but I wouldn't call it a forever home. Very solid first house though. Plus we gotta remember my future beach house in Baja.

In my 5th house. The process gets tougher with each one.

    Congrats.....

And on the epic hook....been a fan almost 2 years now.. MUCH easier to hook up one handed when standing on a wet, slick hillside, in the rain, holding a tree with the other hand than a screw shackle....ask me how I know that....

There's a little bonus workshop/shed room behind the wife's car that already has my RTT and bins of mods and some other items in there. I'd like to setup my workshop and toolbox in there and keep the garage free and clear for shit to get real.

Mod days are already going to be infinitely better than before..
