    I used the "Elliptical Marquee Tool" and held down the shift key when I did to restrain the ellipse to a perfect circle. Selected the ball. Then used "Edit" - "Transform" - "Rotate" to rotate it. Touched up the edges with the "Blur" tool.

    It would have been better if I had designated the marquee tool to feather 2 pixels. I had is set to 0. It's kind of hard to get the perfect size circle, and I got it right on first try, so I didn't want to go back and redo it. You have to set the feather before you draw the circle, it won't let you change it after. Had it been for publication I would have taken the time to go back and redo it.
