I'm a Charcoal guy myself, but I find myself using Propane more. Charcoal is just so inconvenient, but I'll always prefer Charcoal over Propane.

You get a more consistent and longer cooking time with Propane, Charcoal needs more attention.

I like the wood pellet grills if I have the option. They heat up faster and are more controllable than charcoal

Charcoal until I got too lazy to want to deal with it. Propane is great, but I miss the charcoal with some wood chips

Yeah, Traeger. They sell em at Costco. Almost got one a few years ago but decided against it.

I use wood for smoking, normal burger or steak grilling I just use Kingsford. When we make smoked Salmon or Brisket I go for the Mesquite or Alder.

Wood bbq is the best imo as well, but not the easiest. I like charcoal, but have been looking at the wood pellet grills

We have a pig rotisserie for parties we have, if you've ever been to a Filipino party it's called Letchon. We mix Charcoal with Cherry wood and cook it for 10 hours.

If you're fluent in Spanish, Tagalog is basically 75% similar. You would have a good idea what someone is talking about if you caught every other word.

Yep, but in Seattle, wanna move to the pnw and I will give ya a job working under my production manager as his replacement. I need someone who is mechanically inclined, but you'll be working as a glue maker, and fixing equipment as it needs, fabing stuff that may be needed. Can you weld? Lol
