Thank you! Job was pretty simple. Yota masters had a bearing kit that included everything needed. After I used a press to remove the axles, i just used a 3ft-2inch diameter pipe and basically did a slide hammer action to install the new bearing, shoulder, and snap ring.

Did the valve covers and changed the Stock UCA to SPC asjustable UCA’s along with the inner tie rods to tightened up the steering significantly. Still some shimmy from worn LCA bushings but after some new energy suspension bushings should be tight as ever. Careful doing valve cover jobs on the 3.4, when removing the cam plug there’s a hole under the valve train where the 10mm bolt can fall into. Metal wire hanger and a small magnet did the job.. taco should be running for a while now!

Here are some pics of the old bearing, I used a cutting wheel to remove the old shoulder just to make press removal easier. Last pic shows new oring and inner axle seal installed.

To my 3RZ guys who have removed/replaced the EGR valve, I had a hell of a time finding the manifold to valve gasket. NAPA gave me a fiber one which looks like it's for the tube and doesn't fit on my supercharger manifold.

Does this look like the correct EGR to manifold gasket? I have the Toyota part number but I just wanted to make sure.

This is the gasket I was given, which looks like it is for the tube.

So pretty sure my AC compressor bearing is going bad, I replaced my Ilder pulley this past weekend and it's still making noise. I took a video but after listening to the video it's 100% coming from there.

I'm currently doing some quick research on how to remove it so I can just replace the bearing, anybody have any good links?

That's the correct gasket you were given. The top one is for 3.4 5vzfe

This is my next project. The AC worked in mine but the pulley was bad when I got it (well, the clutch assembly, and likely just the bearing judging from the play in the assembly). I am looking at removing just the clutch assembly, in-situ, and installing a new bearing. Mine is a 3.4 5-speed, 97. I have heard folks do this without removing the compressor, but haven't tried yet.

This seems to be a decent write-up but not sure if the part numbers line up
