Prettiness is better for those that take the females. There is also a nice loop hike in the area

oh for sure. I don't think the slab is "ugly" though, and has enough to offer that's the only reason I was suggesting it...especially compared to TNF. plus if the female hates it...short drive home lol

I have never been to the slab. Would definitely be good for a day trip.

in my head I've ruled out TNF...not worth the drive to me.

I'm unopposed to whatever that place is called near Shittannooga. 6 one half a dozen the other for me. 2hrs either way.

Are those still accessible though? I remember going over there a few years ago and the trails that I remember riding back in the day were gated off.

I'm thinking you need to pick the date that works for you, whenever that may be. I know I can't manage an overnight trip right now with the house in shambles because I'd have to find a place for the dogs, and that's more difficult than being able to have my cousin stay over...which I can't ask her to do when I have no kitchen lol

sure it is, but what you're allowed to ride on is just graded paths now.

I haven't been there. I saw some cool videos on YT that looked interesting, but do you even need 4WD to do it?
