Anything welding

Being a coastal location can cause oxidation to the liner. I see it in my Customer units.

 

I see this quite often .

Always do the simple things.

The fact the Guns on the 211 are quite poor may have something to do with liner problems

By chance do you tend to bend the gun hard at either end??

 

I actually try to be aware of that and keep the hose pretty straight. The smallest bend my hose/liner bends is about a 2 foot loop when put away and rolled up.

The liner looked straight when I pulled it out.

 

I can remember cleaning mine a few times, but that's about it.

I got my bumper finished up. Added these side supports to the center hoop. My notcher can't notch at that angle so I had to cut it with my angle grinder using this free notching pattern online.

It still is an awesome bottle opener.

Even though we have been neutered with these ghey twist off caps.

 

I got like 3 inches of extra wrench if you need some material.
