My kit was just delivered and I’m getting ready to start the process. Can someone help me out with what ecu calibration that I have? I have a 2017 at. I have the TSB-0058-18 on my truck now. I have looked back but can’t seem to find this out. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

After you get Flash Manager loaded onto your laptop, use p5 flash utility to identify which ECU ID you have.

    2017 AT should be either 04B03, 04B04 or 04B24.

Read the instructions twice and then read them again. Seriously that will help a lot. When you connect flash manager to your truck it will tell you what ECU you are running. You will open p5flash and hit the Identify button and it will tell you. Then you can go from there. Sit back and go over the instructions and you'll know better which questions to ask. Look on first page of this thread.

Thanks! I looked at that, but I was a bit confused because that post says there isn’t any performance increase with the 87 tune except in the higher bands, but then I saw the later blog post that seems to indicate they have reworked the 87 tunes and they do give more power down low now? @OVTune can you clarify any?

It would be nice to see a torque/HP curve that compares the tunes to each other; however, I think he means that the OVTune "87 Performance" tune only has increases in the higher RPM range as compared to the OVTune "87 Base" tune. Both are improvements over stock.

I’d love to see dyno sheets comparing each tune to each other

87 perf with 92 octane is tits. Drives better than 87 perf with 89 octane.

I was getting my tank and fuel circulating since I was debating on jumping to 91 perf. Not sure if I even want to make that switch now.

It's all tits. The only factors are personal preference and truck to truck variation.

We have Dyno's for 87 and 93 perf on the first page of this thread and the OVTune website.

They look very similar however it does mention the 93 tune gets lower results due to the method of testing?

Been running 87 perf for over a week now so tomorrow I will try 93 and see what the butt dyno says.

am i reading the first post right on the 87 performance that any accelerating up to 70mph you’ll only be using 1st and 2nd gears??? or is this saying just when you floor it?

seems like that’s wasting a lot of gas if that’s the case though...
