    Installed a USB plug in the cubby. Running it from the SPOD. This is the second additional USB hookup I added, first was in the small rockers under the a/c knobs. Both are able to charge things without having the key in.

    Looks like a catch can. Condenses high pressure gasses/vapors ventilated out of the crankcase. The catch can is in line between the valve cover (PCV) and the intake manifold after the air filter. Supposedly it saves your intake from getting gunked up with oils and whatnot. I have one and I get about 200mls every oil change.
