I did finish OSB'ing the basement walls. I just keep forgetting to snap a photo. I need to do something about lighting down there now since the two fluorescent ballast lights are now separated and the extra area that the wall created has none.

Also got my freemium pallet wood workbench moved over from the apartment and we turned in the keys! GOOD RIDDANCE!

Wife picked up a 6 ft cat tower for a spoiled feline, and has been decorating things. Like this for example:

@Slashaar woo howdy, this needs some updating. Here's the pictures you're wanting as well as the temp walls we put up. Also, I had no idea you made a thread about our house, lmao.

The walls turned out really good! Especially considering how damaged the paper was to start!

Its noticeable in a few areas. We will fix that if/when we sell. For now its plenty good. No moldings yet. I figure we will knock that out in a few years when these walls come back down.

We're going to have a lot of stuff hung on the walls down here as well, and there are already some drywall anchors and general holes left behind by the last residents so if/when we move we will most likely end up completely replacing the drywall down here.

I didn't read through all 5 pages of this thread....sorry.
But if someone hasn't already hit on this, the hole I believe you are describing in the master closet is to access the shower pipes. Common problem: bad mixing valve. Might want to replace that before sealing up that hole. Give yourself a few years before that's a concern again.

We had a plumber come take a look. It's a new fixture. Was put in sloppily and hastily, but it's new.

I dont think that its hard to figure out but they prob just were lazy. We rented a house that after a couple years the upstairs toilet started leaking. I went to check the wax ring on it and found they just stuck the 2 bolts that hold the toilet to the floor into the wax ring! And they werent even the T-style bolts, plain old threaded rod and a nut stuck into the wax ring!

Made a pot and pan holder today on a budget that wasn't ugly as sin. Just need some hooks now.

Installed new LED Lights in the garage. Only used 6 of the 8 of these and it's super bright. Other two going into my wife's art studio.

Also bought an electric start, self propelled lawn mower with a very slight Oil drinking problem for $50. Should last a while. Then my dad tell's me this weekend he's got a push mower in the garage I could have free.... :annoyed:

Rearranged the garage and started designing my workbench/storage/arcade cabinet/man cave/awesome garage thing.
