I have a snugtop rebel on my truck and it has the automatic lock when hit the fob twice. I just picked up a pop and lock for the tailgate and wanted to see if anyone has tapped into the wires for the shell lock instead of having to run a second set of wires for the pop and lock? If so any pics or diagram on what color wires connect to what color wires?

It should be fairly simple... we can help if you post a picture of the snugtop wiring diagram.

Sorry for the late reply I was up in Mammoth all weekend. Just tap into the blue/green that runs to the shell. Doesn't matter which way as you can swap them at the lock module. If it unlocks when you lock it just switch the two wires at the lock.

Would it be possible to get a pic of the back of the unit with the wires. I have unit with no wires and trying to get the wiring sequence for all the plugs.
    Thanks
