Nice job man turned out super clean. Question is there a easy way to hook those up to your dash dimmer switch?

There is s way to hook it up to the dimmer. The wiring diagram says to not jump the second ground and I'm assuming you pull power to the switch from the dimmed circuit.

I pulled all the power off the Aux battery. I didn't want ant of this power coming from the truck's harness.

Solid fucking work dude. They came out great. Something I always wanted to do but never got around to. Now I am going in a completely different direction but still love seeing someone bring this concept to life.

I had to look back at this - nice job! Does that fast charge? I imagine it depends on the mat you used but seriously, nice work!

The charging pad is a fast charging pad, but the "cigarette lighter USB thing" I had on hand, isn't high enough output for fast charging...wasnt really a thought out or planned mod...

Do you have a thread for this? Are the internals the same for the tailgate latch or did you have to modify? I wanted a stock rear cam/latch for a long time. @Gamaliel

Were these professionally painted or rattle can? Turned out great. Could you message me your process if you did them. I have the same wheels on my Gen. 2 and would like to paint them.

I wouldn't call myself a professional, buuut... :D I painted them at the local college I attended/worked at. (They have a collision repair program.)

    I basically -
    1. Cleaned the wheels with soap+water+let 'em dry,
    2. Scuffed them up with maroon 3m scotchbrite pads,
    3. Soap+water again+dry,
    4. Cleaned them up with wax & grease remover,
    5. Wiped them down with a tack cloth,
    6. Painted them in the booth with an HVLP spray gun
    7. Cleared coated.

You have me wondering how well I could replicate this with a rattle cans since I no longer attend/work at the local college. If I have time I might attempt it some time this summer with one of the old wheels.

My front end is a little unique. Ebay grill with FJ emblem and minor bumper trim.
