    I have family in Yakima that I plan to crash their driveway on the return leg.

    Despite the VT logo, Everett/Marysville has always been "home" for me and I worked in Bellevue and Renton postgrad. I'm well versed in WA geography. Hence all the gold stars around the sound in that screenshot.

    Well since the rtt is gone I decided it’s time to throw on the rtl-s. The harnesses come in Friday but I plan to mount on top of my bed cage. Where does yours sit?

    I actually mounted it using the bracket tracks of my rtt. But my newer rtt the tracks are farther apart. Gotta revisit the design.

    Welp, this house went from awesome sauce bachelor pad to home inspection dumpster fire. Starting to look at places again on the MLS portal while waiting for the seller's response to the home inspection.

    Fun findings:

    -Electrical items not up to code, like quite a few things
    -Radon is high but easily fixable
    -AND Prior tenant had a meth problem...yeah...and now the house can't sell til it finishes remediation by state law.

    Bummer because I loved the massive back yard, and the fact that the garage was like 50% of the house.
