    A heretofore undiscovered Bear in Hong Kong

    So, something else I discovered today is that Wednesday afternoon is 'SALE' day at one of the supermarkets in the super-mega-mall complex in Tuen Mun.

    And we went

    Sigh.

    You know thos stories you see on the news? The ones about riots breaking out in the local Wal-Mart as Boxing Day shopping reaches a fever pitch?

    Those people are rank bloody amateurs...kindergarten kids.... compared to a store full of Hong Kong seniors engaged in what is clearly a weekly past time.

    I barely escaped with my life.

    And my half-priced beer

    Morgantown Brewing Co - Grand Daddy Purple

    Smoothie sour with pomegranate, blueberry, and raspberry. Very light for a smoothie sour (relative to what I’ve had from other breweries).

    Found out the brewers bought out the owners so they can start making their own stuff, which explains the new beers. Also decently priced, they run BOGO specials constantly so I can get $3-4 pints :)

    I only trade these for other stouts. This one won’t be traded. @YotaBum already tried to get me to send him one but he was a few days too late. If I see them in a shop I can grab 2 but not likely. Follow their insta and let me know in the future if you want any of their releases. I’m probably only buying my one guaranteed bonus bottle this year since me and my girlfriend both get one. Public sales always take place sundays so I generally can try and score extras
