Ive been debating on floor mats. I really like the weather techs but damn $$$. Are they worth it or are husky’s or rough countries a viable option?

My huskys were a gift, but I'd buy them again if I had to. I was originally going to get weather techs, but the Husky's have been rock solid.

Also for window visors, just go AVS, they are 50% cheaper than the WT and I haven't had any problems with them.

Also @CBoy808 makes some awesome stickers for either (photo attached). I have the TRD Off Road ones in my huskies and they look like they are OEM from Toyota

Firstly, there are some good reviews on YouTube comparing the different brands, and are very thorough about the details.

BUT, I went with purchasing some WeatherTechs, and don't regret it AT ALL. They were a little pricey yeah but I love what I got. The fitment was fantastic and the material was nice and thick without being rigid as a rock, just the right amount of flex. My only peeve is I wished the little foot rest area on the drivers side was just a tad higher than they are, but that's just a personal gripe.

That’s exactly what I want, a husky or weather tech with a trd logo. Thank u.

Been discussed many times. Husky's are GTG.
I have Weather Techs and love them. I paid more, only because they're a better looking mat, IMO.
Slave to fashion, even in a floor mat. lol

I bought grey WeatherTech floor liners for my Tacoma. The fit and coverage are excellent. The downside is that they seem to stain easily and are hard to keep clean. I'm just talking normal, everyday dirt and sometimes mud and snow. I see they do sell a protective coating to spray on the liners, but that's pretty pricey.

Love my weather techs. Easy to clean and perfect fit up front. My truck came with them from the dealer so I sold my OEM floor mats for $100. Only thing I don’t like about the weather techs is the rear mat keeps getting moved any time I move the driver/passenger seat. Anybody know a fix to this?

If you live in the salt belt, invaluable. I used to always worry about snow and salt on boots, now i just get in, and pour out at a later date.

My .02, had weathertechs and they ended up getting dirt trapped in the textured finish. No amount of scrubbing would remove this. After a year they had a permanent brown tint to them and a dull finish. Dont know anything about the Huskys except they look like they have similar shine finish to the stock ones. Im back to stock all weather mats, after a couple years they still look new.

Weathertechs are absolutely worth it. I've had passengers spill entire cups of coffee or bottles of water onto the floorboard that never touched my carpet b/c the weathertechs kept it contained. Totally worth it, at least for the front

They do trap some dirt in the textured finish and while it's still relatively easy to hose them off and take a brush to them I rarely do more than pull them out and shake them off... I don't care if those look dirty. I know the truck is clean and the carpet underneath has never been touched

X2 the weathertechs look like crap after a year or so, the Husky liners don't. I've run Husky's for the last 2 years and the seem to hold shape better since they aren't as rigid and don't turn brown with dirt stain.

Spilled some drinks in the truck yesterday, I'd buy my WeatherTechs again!

    EDIT:
There's usually a group buy or two a year. Look around.

Also worth noting that unless things changed, WT doesnt make mats for the manual. Husky does.
