Not sure if this is for SR's only or if SR5's are included? Anyway, here is my 2019 SR5 2wd DCSB in Cavalry Blue. I have the Toyota SE Maverick blackout package, Tyger bull bar, Tyger step bars, Rough Country 3/2 lift with shocks, LED bulbs all around, interior included, tri-fold hard tonneau, LED lights in the bed, yellow fog light lenses (not pictured), AVS window louvers, & Nitto Terra Grappler G2 265/65-17 tires. I painted the chrome grill surround & rear chrome bumper caps black with the Rustoleum bed-liner paint & tinted the taillights with Rustoleum taillight tint. I've only had my truck for 2 months now & I LOVE THIS TRUCK!!! image18.jpg image20.jpg

Hey this looks awesome! First time I've seen my configuration with this setup. Do you know how many inches of lift you got? Did you have any vibrations or need for shims? I appreciate any input!

Maverick wheels, they are available at the dealership with the Toyota SE Maverick XP blackout package. I got the wheels, not the whole XP package.

Hi there. This is for all the 4 bangers out there:

I’ve been experiencing some staling lately with my 4banger.. when I say stalling I’m referring to: I’m behind a car that suddenly stops (I’m doing less than 40) so I slow down and I change lane.. let’s say when I change lanes I’m doing 25 and then I press the gas pedal and nothing... the F tranny takes a SH and it takes probably 1 sec to shift down and I keep going... but that F second last forever in that particular situation... you know when you press the gas pedal and the car should instantly go.. but not have a brain fart and then go... I’m not talking about lack of power or any malfunction... I know this trannies do this but F man...that’s the only thing I hate from my truck... and it had happen twice this month... any tsb from Toyota for us?

    Thanks...

It's a work in progress. It's farther than the pictures too when it comes to the dog box. But I figured there should be more hound rigs on here

It's not your engine, its the stupid azz transmission they put in these things. Mine does the exact same thing as yours among other crap. As I have said on here numerous times. Whoever designed and approved this automatic transmission behind this 4 cylinder for production should be fired and have their testicles removed so they cannot reproduce and contaminate the rest of humanity. I have a 19' SRDC. The 4 banger engine is ok but trans is 100% and totally worthless! If you like a transmission that is shifting constantly up and down then this is the truck to have. The insanity is, these things are looking for high gear ASAP so no matter how slow or fast you are going its gong to throw you into high gear as soon as it can, of course then it starts luggin down for lack of power. I could list many reasons for my bitterness but I won't on this thread. You can look up my b_tching about this on other threads if you chose. I'm tired of beating this dead horse on here, with my dealer and with Toyota. My dealer and Toyota care are equally as worthless as the power train package in my truck. Sorry bud but you may as well get used to this kind of extremely substandard & poor operation. Best advice I can give is keep your ECT on all the time and drive the hell out of it. That is what I do because it's the only way my nerves can deal with this high level of the intentionally stupid design.

I feel the same way... I might buy an”ect always on” kit... it’s been 3 years with my truck.. so now I’m used to it... I’m hoping @OVTune releases some kind of tune of is the 4 bangers too..

Yes, that's the way the trans 'works'. Terrible that they built them to work like this.
What works for me is to keep the "ECT" on and then the truck behaves like it should have in the first place.
It'll keep itself from going to the highest gear possible.
Shit, without ECT on, if you press the gas pedal hard to really accelerate, it sometimes downshifts THREE gears and the truck lurches hard.

Yeah... I actually don’t use ect much... it does not seems natural for me to turn the vehicle on and then have to press another button... I guess I’ll have to do it a bunch of times to get habit... I fckin miss my previous car stick shift... lesson learned...
