Well if that doesn't work , take the drive shaft off the rear and drive it in 4 high so its front wheel drive and see if it vibrates at 35mph

If it still does take front drive shaft off and see if it vibrates at 35mph.

If it does vibrate still look at wheels, and go to a different tire shop for balancing

Hey Plastics guy, I was trying to order a set of your diff bushing but your shipping calculator is trying to charge me $34.95. I’m located in the USVI, a territory of the United Stated. Flat rate priority mail to here is $10-$15. I would love to buy a set but your shipping is a little off!

I'll post pics tomorrow but I got my bushings in, even brushed and sprayed my diff brackets to be shiny. It rides good, and compliments the new shocks/coils I just installed too. These seem to be quality bushings for the first 250mi+ I've put into them. Installation couldn't have been easier, with some appropriate white poly grease, they pushed right in with ease. The hardest part was breaking the driver side bracket nuts loose lol. Thanks to TPG for a great quality product.

just an update for the rest, I did receive my order back in late December (ordered 11/26), it's been too cold or rainy to actually work on the truck and I'm not about to sit outside with -5° temps :)

so for those waiting just be a little patient and know that @Plastics Guy is solid for getting the orders out as soon as they can.

We do not make 2nd gen diff bushings as to the best of our knowledge those are still offered by Toyota.

Installed mine last weekend, easy one banana job! Oh what a difference as well, it is now nice and firm in front when 4WD engaged, no more clunking!! (My originals almost
    were non-existent..)

    Very happy:thumbsup:..

hey guys what kind of symptoms did u guys have to realize your diff bushings were bad?

I have a humming coming from the driver side front tire and when i spin that tire with the truck on jack stands the diff moves up and down but when i spin the passenger tire the diff stays solid...

A nice thunk/clunk when getting on and off the gas in 4WD was a pretty good indicator of some wear in there. Mine were totally shot and I'm really happy with how the new bushings feel..Made a huge difference. As for your diff moving around when you spin the DS tire, that sounds like a bent CV axle to me:eek:...hope I am wrong, but that's where I would look towards for that particular symptom... Good luck!

I ordered some parts from this guy but still have not received them yet, or gotten any email confirmation of my order and and shipping information. I'm getting worried.
