    Thinking of ditching the swingout, and here's my reasons why. Curious to hear others thoughts on it.

    • Don't need the spare fuel. I just go to off road parks, not alaska. I'll toss a 1 gallon tank in the bed for trips.
    • Don't camp that much, so the fold down table isn't a necessity.
    • Can easily relocate the shovel and axe.
    • That leaves the spare tire. I would fab something up to hold it vertically behind my fridge.
    • It would save weight in the ass end with no swingout or spare fuel or tire (about 200 lbs)
    • I wouldn't need to open it every time I wanted to get in the bed.
