    Thanks for the heads up, think ill just put a smaller s/c pulley on instead. Sounds like a lot of work, didnt consider the side mounting brackets on the s/c not to mention the idler bracket would need modification too

    Forgive me if I missed it but was there ever a test with a 1" spacer instead of the half inch being sold? I know in the 4 cyl version, the spacer used was 1".

    There wasn't enough interest. There is a point of diminishing return for extending the runner length. 1/2inch created the right amount of space for the timing of the air flow to provide a little extra power in the sweet spot that made sense for the 4.0
    I don't think enough people wanted in on a 1" without knowing how it adjusted the power curve for them to manufacture it.

    You could always make your own from a junkyard manifold and bandsaw off the runners. I might do this if OP doesn’t respond ASAP. Added benefit is that the plastic material would result in lower heat transfer to the upper intake manifold.
    At 1” remounting might be a bit more challenging tho, not sure as I haven’t really looked into it yet
