    Thats the same bike setup I have. how did u get it to work with bike facing front? I have my reverse as I cant get the arm down low enough due to rear of cab.

    Not sure I am following..? I was able to slide the rack back just far enough to clear the cab without the bike hitting... my rack rails run forward to aft on the bed rails so I have the whole length of the truck to play with.

    Yeah. The tailgate is a lot weaker than you would think.
