    My Grandfather had a jonboat and little outboard for fishing.

    I asked him why he didn't have a bigger boat.
    Him: Cuz this one is big enough.
    Me: But instead of a new Caddy every year you could buy a speedboat!
    Him: Yeah, and that would be a happy day.
    But from what I've seen about owning a boat, the day I sold it would be even happier.

    No I dont do above ground pools. Those spa packs you see in spa show rooms are as far as I go.

    You need to make the ground capable of having a structure built on it. That takes a lot more than just draining it and filling it with dirt.
