I didnt have anything done... I fell at the skatepark dislocated shoulder and tore 3mm on the rotator cuff.
Tendon and ligament damage and which created frozen shoulder. Arm worked ok below the elbow, nothing above that worked. Basically strap your bicep/tricep to your side.
Doctors recommend physical therapy and said shoulder wasn't dislocated. Went around for 7 months virtually paralyzed on that side. I fell the opposite way at work a little over s month ago and popped it back on place and now its healing faster.:censored: doctors

Yikes. A lot of my issues started with a couple of dislocations in high school 20 years ago. Kept adding injuries until it became unbearable.

Wish you the best of luck with a speedy recovery.

I hear ya. Took 8 days of vacation, a week of which was spent with my 5 year old home from school, and then back to the grind. I'm learning how to do a lot one handed.

Ouch. Oddly enough, my 3 year old is super easy with this. Hes extra careful around my arm, and really helpful. The 5 year old is another story all together. Girls are crazy.

I once hit up Gorman with some bald ass tires early on in my ownership. Now I don't want to do anything until I have a winch on my truck.

It's been a tad slow in the SoCal local, all the rain and shitty weather. There's been a few wheeling trips, but slim pickings for the most part.

I'm down for a mini meetup or trail run. Should have the truck back by early next week.

The 27th was going to be perfect (no wife, no kids) except I am getting new gears put in on Thursday the 25th and I don't think I will be compete with the break in period. Unless someone feels like doing a 500 mile round trip around so Cal with several stops along the way. Plus I need to squeeze in Endgame.
